LAMT Musical

Hi, I’m Leon, a London-based musical theatre performer, singer and educator with an MA in Musical Theatre from the Royal Academy of Music and a screen actor trained at RADA and other institutions. With professional experience across musical theatre, acting and modelling, I bring both industry knowledge and practical performance experience into my teaching. I’m also the founder and artistic director of LAMT Musical, where I work with students with different levels of experience and help them develop their skills, confidence and artistic individuality. My lessons can be tailored to your goals, whether you’re a complete beginner exploring musical theatre, a singer looking to improve your vocal technique and performance, or an aspiring performer preparing for auditions and applications to UK drama schools and conservatoires. Depending on your needs, we can work on: • Vocal technique and healthy singing habits • Musical theatre repertoire and song interpretation • Acting through song, character development and storytelling • Audition preparation and performance confidence • Preparation for musical theatre and acting courses in the UK I believe good training should be both supportive and challenging. My aim is to help you understand not only how to perform a song or scene, but also how to communicate a story, make thoughtful artistic choices and develop your own voice as a performer. Whether you’re learning for enjoyment or working towards a professional or academic goal, I’d love to help you take the next step in your performing journey!
