Your Drama Class is an online marketplace that connects independent drama teachers with parents, students and other users looking to book classes, lessons, courses and workshops or purchase related products and resources.
For the purposes of UK data protection law, Your Drama Class is responsible for the personal information it collects and processes in connection with operating the Platform.

2. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT

Where a parent or guardian creates an account or makes a booking relating to a child, we may also receive information about that child that is reasonably necessary to arrange or provide the relevant class or service.

• prevent fraud, misuse and safety or safeguarding concerns;
• manage reviews and Platform content;
• improve and maintain Your Drama Class; and

Payments made through Your Drama Class are processed using third-party payment providers, including Stripe. Your Drama Class does not directly store users’ full payment-card details. Payment providers process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and legal obligations.

6. TEACHERS AND CUSTOMERS
When a booking or purchase is made, relevant information may be shared between the teacher and customer where necessary to arrange and provide the service or fulfil the purchase.
Teachers must only use personal information obtained through Your Drama Class where reasonably necessary to provide their services, communicate about bookings or fulfil purchases, and must handle that information in accordance with applicable data-protection law.

7. CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE
Your Drama Class may be used to arrange services for children and young people. Where appropriate, accounts and bookings relating to children should be managed by a parent or guardian.
We aim to collect only information about children that is reasonably necessary to facilitate the relevant booking or service. Users should avoid sharing unnecessary personal or sensitive information about a child through profiles, listings or messages.
